茲有深圳市大洋物流股份有限公司（以下簡稱“我司”或“公司”）原職員鐘永軍先生，因其個人原因，已于2023年3月31日辦理離職手續(xù)并與我司解除勞動關系，且2024年9月1日起我司已與該職員解除競業(yè)限制。

Mr. Johnson Zhong, a former employee of Shenzhen Neptune Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Our company” or “The company”), has completed the resignation procedures and terminated the labor relationship with our company on March 31, 2023 due to personal reasons. And our company has terminated the non-competition restriction with this employee since September 1, 2024.

現(xiàn)我司鄭重聲明，自2023年4月1日起鐘永軍先生已不在我司擔任任何職務。同時，包括其在內的其他已離職員工，包括但不限于張利、鐘永清等，對外進行的任何業(yè)務、承諾、活動等均屬個人行為，不代表我司，我司不承擔任何責任。

Now our company solemnly declares that Mr. Johnson Zhong has no longer held any position in our company since April 1, 2023. At the same time, any external business, commitments, activities, etc. conducted by other former employees, including him, including but not limited to Lina Zhang, Kevin/Alex Zhong, etc., are personal behaviors and do not represent our company. Our company does not bear any responsibility.
